The Tokyo edition of this world-famous restaurant in Hawaii is fabulous and a great place to eat, have coffee, and relax.
The cafe is located in the Shin-Marunouchi Building, just across from the west (Marunouchi) exit of Tokyo Station. It’s the big brown building with the rounded corner between the station and the Imperial Palace grounds to the east. There’s also a nice Ginko tree courtyard just around the corner whose trees all turn a brilliant yellow in the fall.
There’s an outdoor balcony with tables around the outside of the cafe, or you can it inside in the very nice environment with large windows and good lighting.
Reservations are required.
There’s a Marunouchi “points app” for all the businesses in the area, which is like a loyalty card in the US. When you buy stuff, you use the app to accumulate points which can later be used towards other purchases.
