Around 35°33’51.99″ N 139°42’55.79″ E is a cool park + basement music venue called Katayanagi Arena. The arena is on the grounds of Tokyo University of Technology Kamata Campus.
Also just to the south around the station is TOKYU PLAZA KAMATA, which is worth a look too if you have time.
