Just west of the fabulous Setagaya Park is the very nice OBSCURA COFFEE ROASTERS café (Obscura Laboratory really).
To get there get to Sangen-Jaya Station, then head north on Chazawa-Dori. The café will be on your left. You can also walk northwest for about 1.5 miles from Setagaya Park.
