Billed as a Latte Art Club Hatcoffee offers something out of the ordinary when it comes to coffee. The brainchild of Kohei Matsuno, the cafe creates coffee art you have to see to believe.
The baristas at the cafe will meticulously design a custom 2D or 3D coffee for you from one of their menus. You can even have your coffee made from custom photos.
The environment in the store is bright and clear, with a modern look with a hint of a traditional roastery.
Although the company’s website is Japanese only, the in-store menu is in both Japanese and English.
Getting There
Hatcoffee is located in 1-Chome in Akasuka, about a mile or two south of the area’s legendary Nakamise-dori Street and about 10 blocks south of one of Akasuka”s other world-class cafes: Coffee Shop Carib.
