In far west Tokyo, in Setagaya, is a cool little café called ROBERT’S COFFEE. There is also one closer to central Tokyo near Minato City.
The café sells excellent gourmet coffee in a nice little 2-story shop, and they also have a reading area.
To get there, take the Tōkyū Setagaya Line to Setagaya Station, then head south.
