Down a little side street in Tokyo’s Meguro is a tiny little crepé shop called POPHOT. The fare is really good and you won’t regret it if you’re in the area.
Access
From Meguro Station, head west, but it’s a bit of a hike. From Gakugei Daigaku Station, head 3 blocks west, then 1 block north.
